DN6 Series Water Hydraulic Valves

Desgined for main inlet valve control systems for hydro-electric power plants

The DN6 is a ball seated type hydraulic control valve. The stainless steel seat and ceramic ball design ensures a leak tight shut off.
Designed to operate on filtered lake water, and starting at 6mm with a flow of 20l/min, the comprehensive range goes up to 25mm with a flow of 200 l/min for a pressure range of 25 to 100 bar. The complete size range can be supplied for 2/2, 3/2, 4/2 & 4/3 functions with a variety of operators including solenoid, hydraulic pilot, plunger and also manually operated.
The valve can also be directly mounted to larger pilot-operated DN15 & DN25 valves, increasing the flow capacity up to 200L/min.
By removing just 4 bolts the valves can be dismounted without disturbing pipework and possibly contaminating the hydraulic system. Blanking or flushing plates can also be supplied.
