DN2 Series

The DN2 series of valves offers a versatile entry into hydraulic valves, incorporating technology and materials such as Cartridge Insert options and IECEX approval, typically found in sometimes more expensive valve models.
The DN2 valve itself features and 'O' ring interface that enables it to be fitted with a 1/4" NPT ported subplate as standard, or manifold mounted for use in wellhead control applications.
This interface also allows direct mounting of the DN2 valve to larger pilot-operated DN5 and DN10 valves, whereby increasing the flow capacity up to 40L/min. (Please consult factory for further information)

	DN2 Series Ball Seated
	This is the ball seated version of the DN2 hydraulic control valve. The stainless steel seat and ceramic ball design ensures a leak tight shut off. The DN2 valve design incorporates a balanced internal piloting system and a lever mechanism to enable low powered operators to switch the valve at high pressures. 	DN2 Series with Cartridge Insert System
	This version of the DN2 series incorporates the new Cartridge Insert System, which replaces the conventional ball-seated type internals, typically characterised by small individual components and require a certain level of expertise and a suitably clean environment in which to carry out their replacement. The new one-piece Poppet Cartridge Insert System simplifies replacement and considerably reduces repair costs.
