The BevJet Compact is designed to distribute water, wine, non-pulp juices, iced teas, alcohol (less than 15 percent concentration), syrups and more through the motorized unit. The system is ideal for applications requiring flow rates from 0.8 to 1.0 GPM (3.0 – 3.8 L/Min). Designed to fit into tight spaces, the beverage dispense system is easy to install in cabinets, carts or any under counter application, making it a reliable beverage solution for food kiosks, drink stalls and small restaurant and vending operations.
“Space constraints can make it challenging for restaurants and bars to implement many of the current beverage dispense systems on the market,” said Dave Allen, product group manager for Xylem’s Applied Water Systems business unit. “BevJet Compact’s design enables owners to install an efficient, easy to clean pump system that is ideal for the modern layouts that are gaining in popularity in the industry.”
The BevJet Compact system employs intelligent automatic shut-off technology that senses when a bag-in-box or bottled water unit is depleted. The automatic shut-off feature is supported by Flojet’s leading electric diaphragm pump technology that ensures a long service life.
“At Xylem, we design, develop and test our products with the restaurateur in mind,” said Allen. “Our goal is to continually evolve beverage dispense technologies to support more efficient and effective service for today’s fast-paced dining options.”
Other BevJet Compact features include: Quick Disconnect Ports, for easy installation and cleaning; a quiet, long-life motor; and rubber mounting components to minimize noise. The product is also NSF, CE, UL and RoHS certified, and is available in 115/230 volt, 50/60 hertz models.
