Santa Ana, CA (March 2, 2010) – Xylem (www.flojet.com), a leading manufacturer of motors and air-operated pumps for industrial applications, has just introduced its new Flojet Road Roller Series of pumps. “The design of these pumps makes them ideal to evenly spray water onto the outside surface of the rollers to prevent the bonding of concrete or pavement,” said Luis Gonzalez, Product Manager at Xylem, “and as with all Flojet pumps, they are engineered with Xylem’s 30 years of design and manufacturing experience, and our commitment to deliver the hardest working and longest lasting pumps on the market.”

The new Flojet Road Roller pumps are designed and constructed with the latest coinjection mold diaphragm technology, which virtually eliminates potential leak paths. This latest innovation itself offers unequaled pump performance and life. Also, with Flojet’s unique three chamber design, these pumps are able to operate at exceptional flow rates and pressures. With operating pressures exceeding 50 psi and self-priming capabilities of more than 10 feet, these Flojet pumps are extraordinary at directing confined sheet like sprays of water onto the surfaces of rollers.
